Fizzio Clinics
When it comes to ageing, there are two major concerns facing over 65’s – falls and maintaining cognitive function. Our dedicated physiotherapist, Miles Browning, and his team from Fizzio Clinics who consult from The Village Yeronga, are focused on preventative and educational programs and classes whilst tailoring treatment programs to individual needs.
Homecare/Aged Care Partner
The Village Yeronga offers independent living, along with support and additional care if required. We can also assist residents with the transition from their apartment to nearby government-funded aged care facilities. Our aim is to ensure a seamless transition from independent living into aged care.
Regis Aged Care is adjacent to The Village Yeronga and offers permanent residential accommodation, dementia-specific services, and respite care. Its close proximity offers you the opportunity to stay in familiar surroundings, close to friends and family should your care needs increase.
The Village can also provide Home Care Services in your apartment through government-subsidised home care packages and other community services. Our Homecare Coordinator is based at Yeronga one day a week, and accessible on other days, to help our residents remain confident, independent, and happy in their own homes.
