Homecare/Aged Care Partner
The Village on the Downs offers independent living, along with support and additional care if required. We can also assist residents with the transition from their villa to nearby government-funded aged care facilities. Our aim is to ensure a seamless transition from independent living into aged care. Brodribb Aged Care offers permanent residential accommodation, dementia-specific services, and respite care. Its close proximity offers you the opportunity to stay in familiar surroundings, close to friends and family should your care needs increase. They can also provide Home Care Services in your villa through government-subsidised home care packages and other community services, to help our residents remain confident, independent, and happy in their own homes.
