Our Sales and Marketing team at The Village Retirement Group recently worked with Dan Adler and his creative agency nextThursday to develop a couple of cinema ads for our latest development project, The Village Manly.

The Village Manly, launched in November 2024, is currently under construction.
Stage One will deliver 2 x 6 level buildings, with sophisticated community spaces connecting the 2 buildings throughout the ground level ensuring the view from the heritage listed Lota House is maintained. The new buildings, set to be completed at the end of 2026, will deliver 77 three-bedroom apartments boasting a north-east balcony outlook.
Stage 2 will see the completion of the Masterplan with a total of 187 units to be delivered.
