The National Retirement Living Awards, presented by the Property Council of Australia, are the industry’s most coveted and prestigious awards program. They celebrate excellence across all parts of Australia’s retirement living sector. The winner will be announced this week (June 22) as part of the National Retirement Living Summit.
TVRG’s Hub App, which has been developed in conjunction with Conpago, is a cutting-edge digital platform transforming retirement living. The app combines an administration dashboard for our retirement village managers with a user-friendly portal for residents, empowering efficient operations and meaningful engagement.
Custom-built for the retirement sector the app enhances resident satisfaction, integrates with asset management systems, and supports HomeCare and Aged Care applications.
The app champions social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and privacy, establishing itself as a model for innovation and a new technological benchmark in the retirement industry.
TVRG’s General Manager, Ryan Knowles said the app has been broadly adopted by our residents across our 5 villages.
“It is a great way for our Village Managers to get messages out to keep residents up to date, in a timely manner. We saw this recently with ex Tropical Cylcone Alfred.
Resident satisfaction is growing, as it has become a valuable tool for resident social clubs and committees, empowering them to stay connected and proactive.
The app also fosters a sense of community by giving residents the ability to participate in village life with ease.
“Many residents now find it easier to manage daily tasks, such as maintenance requests, while staying updated on village events,” he said.
“Importantly, the app supports residents in feeling heard and included, without overwhelming them.”
